At Delhi International Airport we produced a master plan for the phased development of the airport up to 2036 and an ultimate capacity of 100 million passengers per year. We delivered this master plan to the client in just six months, enabling the client to deliver one of the world’s largest new-build airport projects in only 50 months. At Heathrow Airport we led the master planning process defining the long-term development and surface access strategy for a two-runway Airport. The project included the development of the airfield, terminal, road, rail, passenger, and baggage connectivity strategies. We provided the client with a durable and flexible solutions to support their growth within the 480,000 ATM cap at the airport.

Terminal & Facilities Planning

Our facilities planning services minimizes risks against changes in market conditions, enabling space to be used as required to meet short- and longer-term needs. To safeguard and maximize operational life we allow for cost-effective expansion of the terminal buildings while considering access and development opportunities. At Heathrow Airport we've developed multimodal surface access strategies to support the airport’s expansion. This included rail planning and modeling, rail strategy, railways engineering and highways planning, bus and coach strategy, highway modeling, and support for engineering work streams.
